The company was founded by Jeffery Kelley and Drew Acree. It is registered and certified as an 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) business with the SBA. Chameleon provides federal and state government, commercial businesses and non-profit organizations with qualified IT professionals on a contractual basis.
Chameleon received an investment from Regional Growth Capital (RGC) in August 2012.
