History:
In 1994, Richard Palank founded the Saint Louis Business Development Fund with a unique concept of underwriting community development by drawing on lines of credit provided by bank shareholders. In 2011, the company changed its name to Regional Growth Capital to better reflect its mission. Since its inception, the company has more than doubled its investment capacity and continues to increase its bank shareholders.
